Snowmen

My sister was over on Friday and wanted to teach Lincoln how to make a snowman...

This was her first attempt:

That would just not do, so I had to give her some instruction on rolling the pieces to make them big...

much better! :)

Still loves Elmo...

I was in the kitchen working (as usual) and Lincoln was in our room watching Elmo (as usual these days). I went in to check on him and this is what I found... haha, I guess he was comfy!

Elmo's World

Lincoln has become a DVD nut lately, all he ever wants to do it put in a movie. He LOVES Shrek. Yesterday he found the Elmos World he got from his Aunt Shawna and put it in. He is now OBSESSED with Elmo. I went and got him out of bed this morning and the first thing he said was "Melmo?"... this was him a few minutes later...

I much prefer the animated movies to Elmo, but I guess this was inevitable.

Fun on a Tuesday

Joey was off on Tuesday this week so we headed across the world to Grapevine Mills Mall, here are a few shots we got of Lincoln in GameWorks...

I desperately need a new camera, mine was beat up already and then Lincoln put it in the dogs water bowl, now the picture delays and every time he looks away I get the shot. I have a new camera on my to do list... until then I am just not taking as many as I used to!

Sunday

Today we went to our friends sons 1st birthday party, it was a traditional Korean celebration. We had Lunch at Lawry's Prime Rib, the food was Great! The party was the same time as the Cowboys playoff game, so now we are home watching that. I saw the score on our way out of the restaurant, Joey does not know yet. Hey, maybe they came back in the last few minutes! (I doubt it)

Good Weekend

Saturday night we watched the Cowboys playoff game, that turned out better than we could have asked! Lincoln likes cookies :)

Then Sunday we had a long day, here is Lincoln with Kolton (the Langs son) and Blake (the Ballengers oldest son) chowing down at Isabel and Aidans (the Blacks children) birthday party. It was at Pump it Up in Frisco and although I took no pics of the kids playing, Lincoln had SO much fun. It was the first time he showed any interest in the bounce house and he loved it. He got mad when we took him out for party time.

I took this pic from the other side of the room, but it is cute to see Jason and Joey being Dads together, they have been friends since highschool. This WHOLE party was like that, it was like a highschool reunion for parents.
